The Outagamie County Department of Health and Human Services has contracted with Jezeski Accounting and Tax Service for Fiscal Intermediary Services for the last 15 years. As a Fiscal Intermediary, Jezeski provides payroll services for between 60 and 70 consumers of the Department.
