Tax Preparation

Offering tax return preparation via U.S. mail or Email. To utilize this service follow these simple steps:

Download or Print out the data sheet. Fill out the sheet as completely as possible. Be sure to include your telephone number with area code and the most convenient times for us to reach you, or if you prefer to use email leave your Email address. If you have trouble with this format, please provide a cover letter providing the above information and an inventory of the items you will be including in your packet. IE 3 forms W-2, 2 forms 1099 Int, etc.

Mail your data sheet, tax documents including W-2s and 1099s, copy of your previous year’s return, all of your deductions and any additional income and expense information. Please be sure that all hand written information and narratives are clear and readable. Be sure to send your package via insured return receipt, as we cannot accept responsibility for mail lost in route. When your package arrives, a tax preparer will call to confirm the data has been received and conduct a tax interview with you. Your return will be prepared by one of our many trained tax professionals and will be examined by one of the senior partners. Upon completion, you will be contacted for your payment. You may opt to pay over the phone by credit card, Paypal, Billpoint, or money order. Upon confirmation of your payment, your tax return package will be mailed via return receipt back to you, ready for you to review and sign. ** ASK us about Efile. If for any reason you decide not to have your return prepared by us, there will be a shipping and handling charge of $15.95 to return your data.

The advantages of having your return prepared in this matter are: Convenience, you don’t need an appointment, no traveling on slippery roads or in inclement weather; Time invested on your part is minimalized; and Peace of mind in knowing your return is prepared and double checked by experienced professionals.

Additional advantage: comparable firms from larger metropolitan areas have greater costs of doing business than we do, therefore, they need to charge much more for the same services.

Jezeski Accounting & Tax Service, LLP reserves the right to decline the preparation of returns due to factors which may be in conflict with our general principles and practices, and/or are in violation of laws and ethics both legal and moral. In this event, your information will be returned to you at our expense.
