Jezeski Accounting and Tax Service LLP does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted by law or as instructed to do so by such clients or may be required by law enforcement agencies. We restrict access to non-public personal information to those internal professionals necessary to process the information provided for accounting, bookkeeping, information returns, income tax returns, and other such projects authorized by the client. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your non-public personal information.

No client information is sold, rented, or otherwise distributed for marketing or any other purpose. Information collected by Jezeski Accounting and Tax Service LLP is strictly used only by Jezeski Accounting and Tax Service to fulfill the project contracted by the client providing the information. In the case of the electronic filing of income tax returns,  an outside service bureau is involved in processing of client data. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about our clients to those employees who need to know such information in order to provide services to you. We instruct our employees so they understand the importance of the confidentiality of personal information and take appropriate measures to enforce employee privacy responsibilities.
